The Role:
We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure our stock levels are accurate and optimized. You will be responsible for tracking product movement, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity of our warehouse data.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily cycle counts and full physical inventory audits
Maintain accurate records in our management system
Investigate and resolve stock variances or shortages
Organize warehouse slotting for maximum efficiency
Quality Control Check incoming inventory and notable Case Inventory

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
Proficiency in Excel and experience with scanning technology/WMS
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Forklift certification preferred

Shipping Associate

Job Summary

A Shipping Associate focuses on the final stage of the warehouse process—ensuring that orders are accurately packed, labeled, and dispatched to customers on time.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments according to order specifications
Verify product accuracy, quantities, and condition prior to shipment
Generate and process shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier labels
Coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, freight providers, etc.)
Load and unload shipments manually or using material handling equipment
Ensure shipments comply with company policies, customer requirements, and DOT regulations
Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory or ERP systems as required
Inspect packaging to ensure proper protection and cost efficiency
Communicate shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies to supervisors
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area
Assist with inventory counts, returns, or warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
Familiarity with shipping systems, scanners, or ERP/WMS platforms a plus
High accuracy is critical to prevent shipping errors and costly returns
Comfortable using computer systems, handheld scanners, and thermal label printers
Strong punctuality is essential to meet daily carrier pickup deadlines

Physical Requirements

Able to stand, walk, and lift packages (often up to 50 lbs) throughout a full shift
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

We are looking for a sharp, proactive eCommerce Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between our warehouse execution and digital sales channels.

The Role
This is a fully in-person position based at our headquarters. You will be the vital link between our physical fulfillment teams and our online marketplaces. Your mission is to be physically present on the floor and in the office to ensure every order—whether from Shopify, Amazon, or other platforms—is executed with the "sense of urgency and accuracy" that defines our brand.

Responsibilities:

Act as on-site liaison between warehouse teams (picking, packing, shipping) and eCommerce operations
Ensure order accuracy, fulfillment timelines, and shipping compliance through on-site oversight
Troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment issues (mis-picks, delays, shipment errors) directly at the warehouse level
Maintain product listings, inventory sync, and order flow across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces)
Monitor channel health, including order exceptions, cancellations, and fulfillment status
Support product launches, updates, and promotional execution
Serve as escalation point for order-related customer issues
Partner with customer service to resolve delivery, product, and order concerns (face-to-face interaction is encouraged for faster resolution)
Ensure timely and accurate communication tied to fulfillment issues
Identify gaps between physical warehouse execution and eCommerce requirements
Recommend and implement workflow improvements

Qualifications:

Must be able to work full-time, on-site at our facility (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
Proven experience using eCommerce platforms (Shopify and Amazon Marketplace preferred)
Strong understanding of physical warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and fulfillment workflows
Exceptional communication skills to coordinate between office and warehouse environment
